HelmCo is led by Bradley and Dayna Helm, the dedicated owners and operators of the company. With a rich family background in construction, Bradley, a third-generation builder, has acquired invaluable expertise from a young age. Having worked alongside his two older brothers, who manage their own successful construction businesses, Bradley has honed his skills in carpentry, gaining comprehensive knowledge in various aspects of the trade.
After eight years of hands-on experience and learning the intricacies of carpentry, Bradley pursued his entrepreneurial vision by establishing HelmCo. His driving force is to cultivate a company that values integrity, prioritizes client satisfaction, and upholds the highest standards of quality craftsmanship. Additionally, Bradley proudly served in the US Army, specifically the 82nd Airborne, and completed a tour in Iraq in 2010.
Since 2013, Bradley has been happily married to Dayna Helm, and together they have a son named Elijah and recently welcomed a daughter named Ameliah. Family is at the heart of HelmCo, and the values of dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence are deeply ingrained in the company's foundation.

How do I go about getting a estimate for my fence project? The best way to get scheduled for an estimate is to fill out the contact form on our webpage. We will then email you back arranging a time that we can meet. If you call or email us, we will refer you back to the form so we can be sure we have all your infomation
When will you start my project? We work on a first come, first serve basis therefore if you decide to hire us, we will place you on our schudule when we recieve a 10% deposit and a contract. We don't give exact start dates, but will tell you when we expect to start in a week to two week period. We always contact you 1 to 2 weeks prior to starting.
What is the difference between your fence and a fence panel you can purchase from home depot? We build all of our fences custom to each project using the best materials available. We find that every yard is different and by building your fence to fit your yard, it is a much better product. We don't buy prefinished panels, but build each section.
Where do your prices come from?HelmCo Fences is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality fence. We do this by not cutting corners, only buying quality materials and making sure we build everything with the best workmanship. Our fences are made from top quality cedar, therefore the price is higher compared to if we used pressure treated material which can rot out as early as 5-10 years. We also believe in paying our employees a fair wage and provide health insurance to our employees. We also have business expenses like accounting, insurance, advertising, tools, transportation and licenses. To make sure the contractor you are hiring has a current license, insuance and workers comp, you can check the state website at https://lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/Contractors/HireCon/default.asp.
Will the price change after the job has started? The price won't change from the original contract unless you opt for additional work or something was missed in the original proposal. There are cases where unforseen circumcises do arise and we will notify you and won't move forward without your authorization. We will never bill you for work you didn't authorize.
Do we use subcontractors?HelmCo Fences hires only employees that are trusted and can perform the quality workmanship we are proud of. To ensure that all of our fences meet that quality, we do not hire subcontractors to do any of our fence projects.
What forms of payments do you accept? We usually send your invoice through quickbooks payments using a bank transfer which is free but we also accept cash or check. We can accept debit or credit card but have to charge 3.4% (the fee for use and we make no profit on this). If you would like to use a card, please let us know and we can send the link to pay.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final product? If you are not satisfied with your fence, we will work with you to make sure we always have happy customers. At the end of each project, we do a final walk through to make sure your fence is to your satisfaction. This is the best time to point out anything you would like fixed. We stand behind every fence we build and guarantee every fence for 2 years!
